Recipe Name : Basic Burger Mix
Type of dish: Entrees

Ingredients for 4 Persons: 1 cup ground flax seed
1 cup ground nut meal
4 Tbsp miso paste
ΒΌ red onion, diced
2 Tbsp water
unheated sea salt to taste

Preparation:
1. Mix thoroughly and shape into patties.

2. Dehydrate until desired texture is reached.

3. You may also add any shredded vegetables like carrots, zucchini, red bell
pepper, etc..
